Volunteer Information

All completed volunteer forms must now be submitted directly to the school where you will be volunteering, along with showing your photo ID to the school secretary.

Please note the following:

• Each new school year, all volunteers must reapply by submitting a new application.

• Applications will be reviewed and processed on a bi-monthly basis, specifically on the first and third Monday of each month.

• Applications received after a scheduled processing date will be held until the next cycle.

• Applications are not processed outside of these designated dates.

We encourage you to plan accordingly to ensure timely approval of your application. Thank you for your cooperation and for your commitment to supporting our schools.

For parent volunteers who plan to support multiple schools, only one volunteer application is required for district-wide approval. Please submit your application and show your driver’s license at the school where you will spend most of your time. That school will begin the process to grant you access across all schools in the district.  

 

Please note: If you will be driving a van or volunteering on an overnight trip, fingerprinting is required. More information is available through our District Office.
