We would like to inform families that the Free and Reduced Lunch Form (Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application) will be available to complete online this year through Skyward Family Access starting August 27.
Completing the form digitally is the preferred method and helps ensure quicker processing and confidentiality.
For families who are unable to complete the form online, paper copies will be available at each school office during Open House events.
To maintain your student’s eligibility for free or reduced meal pricing, please submit your completed application—online or paper—no later than Tuesday, October 14, 2025. All applications are completely confidential. If a form is not submitted by this date, the student will be moved to “paid” status. This may also impact eligibility for other discounts, such as those related to athletics, preschool tuition, and the Sun Bucks summer food program.
All students at Columbia Crest, Eatonville Elementary, and Weyerhaeuser Elementary will continue to receive free meals (breakfast and lunch) through a special program, regardless of income.
However, we ask that all families across all five schools complete the application if you believe you qualify, as it helps sustain eligibility and funding for these programs and may unlock other savings for your household.
Only one application is required per household each school year or when a student transfers into Eatonville School District. The application should be completed by the parent/guardian residing in Household One (the student’s primary residence).
School meal prices remain the same as last year. Prices are as follows:
- K-5: Breakfast $2.75, Lunch $3.50
- 6-12: Breakfast $2.90, Lunch $4.00
Students who qualify for “reduced meals” will receive a free breakfast and lunch.
