Kindergarten Enrollment

If your child will be 5 years old on or by August 31st, please consider registering for Kindergarten 

Students must register with their home school. 

You may register virtually or at your child's school.

 Virtual Enrollment Process

You may complete the enrollment packet online using this link.

The enrollment form will open in a new window. Please "Print" as "Save as PDF" after filling out the form to retain your personal information. Please email your completed form to the building secretary.

You will also need to submit:

  • Medically Verified Immunization Records

  • Proof of Age

  • Proof of Residency

In-Person Enrollment Process

When you register, at your child's school office, you will need to bring your student's:

  • Medically Verified Immunization Records

  • Proof of Age

  • Proof of Residency
