Welcome to the Eatonville School District's Technology Help Desk, here we hope to provide you with some useful resources, how to guides, online training to help you resolves some of your computers woes, as well as provide you an avenue in which to communicate technological issues that you need assistance with.

Our motto is, "if it's got a computers chip in it, we'll fix it!" Our goal here is to take a look at and fix any issue, be it hardware or software related to your computers.

How to submit an IT Help Ticket

To start off though lets just give you the avenue to submit an IT Help Ticket.

Step 1: Compose an email to it.help.desk@eatonville.wednet.edu

Step 2: Please provide us your; Name, Building & Room Number and a brief description of the problem.

And that is it, we'll respond generally within 24 hours unless we are extremely busy at that time.
