Teaching and Learning

Eatonville Public Schools strives to provide standards-based instruction that is responsive to individual learning and social-emotional needs. Each year, we review various areas of the curriculum and adopt textbooks, program goals, expected student outcomes and student learning objectives, using the latest techniques and materials. 

Our Teaching and  Learning Department is committed to supporting both our staff and our students in our best effort to improve student learning and achievement. Our department  encompasses a large array of responsibilities. These include Curriculum and Instructional Materials, Assessments for Learning, Libraries and Educational Technology, Highly Capable programs, Alternative Learning Programs, Professional Development, Technology and Transitional Kindergarten.
