Parent Conduct

RCW28A.635.100 Intimidating any administrator, teacher, classified employee or student by threat of force or violence is unlawful.  Any person who intimidates by threat of force or violence any administrator, teacher, classified employee, or student:

(i)              Is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and;

(ii)             Shall be fined not more than $500.00, or imprisoned in jail more than six (6) months, or both such fine or imprisonment.
