Lockers

Sixth through eighth grade students are assigned hallway lockers at the beginning of the school year and are responsible for their care and contents. Sharing hallway lockers without permission from the Office is not permitted. The assigned locker is to be kept clean. Stickers are not to be put in or on lockers. The school accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items. Any student who damages or defaces a locker will be subject to disciplinary action and will be liable for the cost of repairs. The privilege of using lockers may be revoked for sufficient cause.

Students may not apply locks to the lockers as multiple issues have resulted when locks were once permitted.   Items may not be placed on the floor in the halls or on top of the lockers.  For Sixth through eighth grade students, backpacks are meant to be in lockers.  Backpacks may not be left in halls, on the floor or on top of the locker bay. In addition, backpacks are not permitted in classrooms.

Athletes may request a second locker for overflow equipment.
