Cell Phone Policy

Cell Phone Policy: "Off and Away All Day"

To enhance learning, reduce distractions, and prevent social media bullying, all personal electronic devices—including, but not limited to, cell phones, tablets, wired and wireless earbuds or headphones, personal computers, personal gaming systems, and smartwatches (when used inappropriately)—are not permitted from the moment students enter the school building in the morning until the last bell of the school day.

Middle school students have the option to store their cell phones in a class locker or keep them at home. CELL PHONES ARE "OFF AND AWAY ALL DAY" AND MAY BE CONFISCATED TO BE HELD IN THE MAIN OFFICE IF VIOLATIONS ARE OBSERVED BY STAFF.

If you need to reach your student, please contact our office.

This policy aligns with our district's School Board Policy on student devices. You can review the full policy here.

Thank you for supporting a focused and safe learning environment for all.
