The mission of the Facilities and Services department is to support the core values of the Eatonville School District through providing safe, healthy, and comfortable facilities that cater to teaching and learning opportunities. With this in mind, we strive to create strong ties with the community by maintaining equitable and efficient facilities for all students, staff, and the community with excellence in customer service.
Community UseAs part of the ongoing mission of the Eatonville School District, we are proud to provide facilities that are kept to a high standard of maintenance in order to provide the community with facilities they can take pride in for years to come. Maintenance of district facilities is provided by a team of highly qualified individuals that are responsible for many building systems that include wells, life safety systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building security, and the building envelope for approximately 320,000 square feet of district facilities.
Grounds maintenance staff includes a team of experts that take pride in providing a service that highlights the beautiful facilities that the community has provided for the use of local students. These staff members hold health and safety at the highest degree while providing these services by methods such as limiting injury risk for athletes and utilizing the department's integrated pest management plan.The custodial services team consists of approximately twenty employees who have health, safety, and customer service as their top priorities. Our custodians are knowledgable in their field and continue to improve in order to provide and excellent enviroment to facilite learning and the community.
