BOYS BASKETBALL 2013

If  you would like your athlete to ride home with someone else after a game, they must bring in a note to the office or have a signed Pre-Arranged Transportation form.  A list will be given to the coach at the end of the day.  If your athlete is not on that list they will not be permitted to go home with anyone but their parent, even if they have a note.  Athletes can get a Pre-Arranged Transportation form from the office.   Please direct all questions to Ms. Welch
